- Deadline for Proposal Submission: 1 July
- Selection of Proposals: Week of 7 July
- Internal selection process begins.
- We may merge similar sessions to avoid duplication and encourage co-hosting opportunities.
- By 10 July, you’ll be informed whether your session is selected or merged.
- Refined Proposal Due: 5 September
- Use the summer to further develop your session.
- Submit your refined proposal by 5 September.
- Our communication team will draft a short session description based on your summary. You’ll be able to review and suggest edits.
- By the beginning of October, most of the program will be published.
- You’ll also receive your room and timeslot allocation.
- A logistics form will be sent to collect your interactive format details and session script.
- Speakers & Logistics Finalised: 15 September
- Final deadline to submit:
- Speaker and moderator names
- Final session description
- Logistics requests
- Final script for your interactive session
- Each organisation receives 2 free tickets. Additional tickets (for speakers/moderators) must be covered by you.
- ImpactFest: 30 October — Showtime!
- Deadline for Proposal Submission: 1 July
- Selection of Proposals: Week of 7 July
- We will carefully review all applications and select a diverse range of experts and topics.
- By the end of the week, we will inform you whether you have been selected.
- On 10 July, you will receive a follow-up form with additional questions.
- Matching in September
- In the month of September, we will start matching the different sessions.
- Based on your submitted information, our communications team will prepare short bios for you and your organisation.
- Speakers & Logistics Finalised: first week of October
- In the first week of October, you will receive:
- Your session times
- Details of your matches
- As an expert, investor, or corporate participant, you will receive 2 free tickets to ImpactFest.
- ImpactFest: 30 October — Showtime!
