ImpactFest was created in 2016 to bring together ImpactCity’s ecosystem of purpose-driven organisations from all corners of the world ImpactFest provides a platform to present yourselve, pitch for investors and exchange experiences to scale together.
In the past years, ImpactFest has become the biggest impact meetup in Europe and is seen as an international “must-attend” event in the world of impact. Key changemakers come together to network and find collaborators to address the global challenges.
The event is usually in October or November. The new date for 2023 will follow soon.
ImpactFest took place at the same location for years: Fokker Terminal in The Hague, Binckhorstlaan 249, 2516 BB Den Haag.

ImpactFest is seen as an international “must-attend” event in the world of impact. Key changemakers come together to network and find collaborators to address the global challenges. The program consists of knowledge sharing, interesting meetup sessions hosted by relevant local and international partners, talkshows, roundtable discussions, reversed pitching and so much more.
You can find the program on the program page of the website. Once you have bought your ticket, you will also have access to the program via the ImpactFest 2022 app.
The dress code at ImpactFest is business casual.
There will be a variety of food served at ImpactFest, including vegan options.
You can buy your tickets at Tickets – ImpactFest
There are two types of tickets: start-up tickets and regular tickets. The startup tickets are ment for people representing a startup (a young company in its early or scaling phase), and for students. All other participants (investors, corporates, government representatives etc.) are seen as regular.
ImpactFest has been sold out for the past three years. Therefore we advise you to purchase a ticket in advance.
You can find the program on the program page of the website. Once you have bought your ticket, you will also have access to the program via the ImpactFest 2022 app.
ImpactFest communication will be in English. However, the program might possibly have some sessions hosted in Dutch.
Once you have claimed your ticket to ImpactFest 2022, you will get access to the ImpactFest app via Swapcard. All you have to do is activate your profile. You will be able to check all the information you need before, during and after the event. We’ll keep all of your information and data secure.
There are also mobile versions of the ImpactFest app available via the App Store and Google Play.
Once you have claimed your ticket to ImpactFest 2022, you will get access to the ImpactFest app via Swapcard. In the app (also available as a mobile app!) you can sign up for sessions. First activitate your profile and then follow the button ‘event program’. You can apply for a session simply by bookmarking it on the program overview page or using the button ‘add to my schedule once you have opened the details of a session.
Once you have applied for a session, you will find it in your personal agenda on the ImpactFest app.
You can sign up for as many sessions as you like, but you can only do one at a time. So if you try to register for a session that takes place at the same time as a session you have already signed up for, this will not work.
You can connect with people at the tab ‘Network with all attendees’. Here you will find all attendees and filter them based on your interests.
To create a smooth transition during the event it is advised to look at the program and plan/apply which session you will want to attend. This is because the sessions will have a maximum capacity and you don’t want to lose out on missing a spot. This will also make it easier for you to plan impromptu meetings with relevant connections via the platform.
