Become an ImpactFest session host

Let’s build the ImpactFest 2024 program together!

ImpactCity’s yearly flagship event, ImpactFest, will once again take place in The Hague this fall. We believe that you get the best results when working together, which is why we want to co-create the program together with you. Would you like to play a role in the ImpactFest program?

As always, ImpactFest brings together the ecosystem of purpose-driven organisations from all corners of the world. The event provides a platform to present yourself, pitch for investors, and exchange experiences to scale together. In the past years, ImpactFest has become the biggest impact meetup in Europe and is seen as an international “must-attend” event in the world of impact.

The five main themes in the ImpactFest program this year are:

Circular Economy
Food Systems
Impact Cities & Regions
Energy Transition
Peace & Climate Justice

You can contribute to the event in various ways, for example by hosting a session. We strongly encourage organisations to co-create and co-host a session with other parties. After all, the transition towards a sustainable and inclusive economy depends on collaboration.

Hosting a Meetup

A Meetup is an interactive 90-minute workshop session, hosted by our partners (you). Meetups take place in a classroom-like space with 15 to 40 participants. The Meetup relates to one Theme and a maximum of three Tags.

Goal

The goal of the session is to facilitate an in-depth discussion on a Theme, while providing a platform for participants to connect and interact. Delve into diverse perspectives on specific issues, foster exchange, and collaboratively initiate new projects!

Topic

The meetup relates to one or more of the themes (Circular Economy, Food Systems, Impact Cities & Regions, Energy Transition, Peace & Climate Justice). We ask you to use one to three of the tags (explained on slide 6 in the meetup guidelines) to enrich and specify your topic even more. It also helps to attract the right participants to your session.

Registrations for Meetup Hosts are closed.

Hosting a Table talk

A Table talk is a 45-minute dialogue on a specific topic. It takes place in an open space at different tables. At each table, topics related one of the Themes and/or Tags are being discussed with 4 to 8 participants.

Goal

The goal of the session is to facilitate a discussion on one of the Themes by using a mindmap. Through interactive conversations, participants will gain insights not only from the host but also from everyone present.

Topic

The Table talk relates to one or more of the themes (Circular Economy, Food Systems, Impact Cities & Regions, Energy Transition, Peace & Climate Justice). We ask you to use one to three of the tags (explained on slide 6 in the meetup guidelines) to enrich and specify your topic even more. It also helps to attract the right participants to your session.
