Volunteer and connect with impact makers from around the world. We are looking for enthusiastic people to help us during this great day of learning and networking. Do you want to take a look behind the scenes of Europe’s leading impact event? Sign up as a volunteer!
It’s not possible to register as volunteer anymore!
Examples of tasks:
- Build-up crew – set the stage and make sure everything looks perfect before guests arrive
- Runners – be the go-to support: welcome guests, guide them to sessions, and jump in wherever extra help is needed
- ImpactCity team – proudly tell visitors more about ImpactCity and our program
- Table Talk hosts – bring people together by guiding participants to the right tables and keeping the flow smooth
- Tear down crew – help wrap up the event by breaking down, tidying up, and celebrating a job well done

There are different time slots available, so you can contribute and still experience the program:
- Full day (09:00 – 17:00)
- Morning shift (07:30 – 14:00)
- Afternoon shift (13:30 – 19:00)
- Evening shift (18:00 – 22:00)
- Table Talks (11:00 – 17:00)
Please note that these times can be subject to change and we cannot guarantee a specific timeslot in advance.
