- Advising guests in creating their schedule
- Be at the help desk and help guests with questions and directions

There are 4 different time slots to choose from, so there is always time to take part in the ImpactFest program!
- Full day (09:00 – 18:30)
- Morning shift (07:00 – 14:00)
- Afternoon shift (14:00 – 18:30)
- Evening shift (18:00 – 22:00)
